Yes, all of our dishes are gluten-free. We operate at a commercial kitchen that is dedicated exclusively to gluten-free cooking, ensuring there is no wheat or gluten on the premises. This was a crucial factor in selecting our facility because we understand the importance of preventing cross contamination, especially for individuals with celiac disease. As someone who knows firsthand the challenges of managing celiac disease, we take every precaution to ensure that our kitchen remains a safe environment for those with gluten sensitivities. Oure commitment to a gluten-free space guarantees that you can enjoy our dishes with confidence and peace of mind. 


 After you place your order, we start preparing it immediately since all our meals are homemade. Please be aware that processing may take up to two weeks. Shipments are sent out only on Mondays because the items are frozen, ensuring prompt delivery and preventing weekend storage at the post office. We value your understanding and are dedicated to exploring quicker shipping options in the future. Kindly place your order in advance, as we meticulously personalize each dish with care and love. For shipping, orders must meet a minimum of three dozen, whereas for pick-up, there is no minimum requirement.

 


Yes, we provide pick-up service at our farm in Larkspur, Colorado. This service is free and available by appointment only. After placing your order, kindly send us a message specifying the days and times you prefer for pick-up. We will confirm the availability of your request time slot. 


 

  • Given the perishable nature of our frozen products, we do not accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. We are dedicated to resolving any concerns and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
  • Please provide photographs of any damaged or compromised products along with your order number when reaching out to our support team. This helps us assess the situation accurately and expedite the resolution process.


 

  • Can I change my order after placing it?
    • Once your order is placed, modifications are not typically possible due to our quick processing times. However, if you contact us immediately, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • How do I track my order?
    • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. You can also log in to your account on our website to view your order status and tracking information.
  • What if I’m not home when my order arrives?
    • We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your order. If no one is home, the carrier may leave the package at your doorstep or another secure location. Please retrieve your package as soon as possible to maintain the quality of the products.
  • Can I choose a specific delivery date?
